How do I place a return or exchange?

Help! I can’t find my return slip.

CasesFU packages don’t include return slips. Just reach out to [email protected], and we’ll assist you in placing your return or exchange.

What’s your return policy?

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving your order.

Your order number is required to place a return, and you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
