Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. To initiate a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number and details of the product you wish to return or exchange.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement or before the order is shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
